Katsuhiro Harada is the first international guest confirmed for Brasil Game Show 2018

Responsible for one of the most iconic fighting games series will participate in the opening ceremony, meet & greet sessions, will make presentations at BGS Talks, will be part of the jury in the cosplay contest and will receive two awards at the largest gaming event in Latin America, which will take place on October 10-14th, 2018


A little more than a month after the conclusion of its tenth and historic edition, Brasil Game Show (BGS), the largest gaming event in Latin America, confirms the first big attraction of BGS 2018: Katsuhiro Harada, director of games in the fighting series Tekken, one of the most important creators in the global gaming industry. From October 10 to 14, 2018, at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, attendees will be able to accomplish and participate in a series of activities with the presence of Harada, as the official opening ceremony, meet & greet sessions and presentations on the BGS Talks stage. The famous Japanese producer will also be part of the jury of cosplay contests and will receive two honors: the Lifetime Achievement Award and a place in the Wall of Fame, both offered only to legends in the industry such as Hideo Kojima, Phil Spencer, Ed Boon and Nolan Bushnell.

Tekken

Released in 1994 by NAMCO Inc., Tekken is one of the most important and best-selling series of fighting games of all time. One of the first games of its kind to dive into the 3D world, Tekken has millions of fans around the world and among its differentials are the hundreds of different combinations of punches for each character. The latest title in the series, Tekken 7, released on June 2nd, 2017, has sold over 2 million copies for PlayStation, XBOX and PC.
