Tyr Drops Trailer For New Map & Announces 8-Player Squads

Stoke Games has just released a new map for their Early Access free-to-play tank shooter Tyr that represents a number of firsts. Core is the game’s first post-release map, its first urban map, and the first battlefield under the cover of night. The team is also excited to announce that it has now added a highly-requested feature to the game: full-time 8-player squads.

Tyr is currently sitting at 87% positive reviews on Steam, but Stoke Games isn’t taking that for granted as it continues to deliver for its dedicated community. The new Core map, which follows the recent release of the game’s first post-launch tank, Ranger, is just the beginning of the new content Stoke Games will be releasing. Community feedback remains a top-priority for the team, and the release of 8-player squads is just the latest example of the team’s dedication to delivering on what players want.
