Capy Castaway, the summer's coziest game, is now available on Steam

 

Kitten Cup Studio and publisher Big Blue Sky Games today launched Capy Castaway, a cozy narrative adventure where a baby capybara and their fast-talking crow companion help lost animals and explore a mysterious island after a devastating flood. The game is available now on Steam for Windows PC and Mac. Capy Castaway was designed to play particularly well on Steam Deck for cozy couch gaming fun.  

Inspired by the real-life story of Bonnie & Clyde, the famous capybara pair that escaped from Toronto's High Park Zoo in 2016, Capy Castaway is a tale of friendship and belonging where players take on the roles of Capy, the capybara pup, and Corvi, the clever crow, on their quest to find their way home. Playable solo or cooperatively, Capy Castaway is a relaxing adventure about helping others and solving puzzles. The game also features a heartwarming original soundtrack from Mark Sparling (A Short Hike).
