This Survival RPG Built Its Talent Tree Directly Into The Map - Ardent Wilds Demo Is Out Now on Steam

 

Spellware Studios, a small Belgian developer based in Ghent, is incredibly excited to announce that the very first playable demo for their open-world survival crafting RPG, Ardent Wilds, is officially out now on Steam!

Ardent Wilds is a fast-paced survival crafting adventure where progression is physically built into the world itself: Unlock skill tree nodes scattered across the land for powerful bonuses. ​

To push back an encroaching eldritch hivemind, players must rebuild the four ancient magical spires that protect the realm.

Forge your own path by hunting down a vast arsenal of unique abilities and spells, ranging from Fireballs to Dashes that have you zooming across the screen, to theorycraft your perfect build. Master flashy, arcade-style combat to overcome brutal bosses and PvE challenges.

Described by early playtesters as ​ "3D Terraria", the demo gives players a substantial hands-on look at the game's action-packed combat, unique world-driven progression, fully destructible voxel world, and base-building mechanics.
