Jump on a Virtual Roadtrip with Outbound! ‘Journey’s Beginning’ Dev Diary is out now

 Pack your bags, start your engine, and prepare to live off-grid. Publisher Silver Lining Interactive and developer Square Glade Games invite you to pull over and check out the very first developer diary for Outbound, the highly anticipated “cozyvival” campervan adventure.

Titled “Journey’s Beginning”, this debut dev diary features Square Glade Games’ co-founder Marc Volger as he introduces the heart of Outbound’s cozy survival experience: crafting and resourcing. Players will forage, gather, and refine materials to unlock their creativity, transforming a modest van into a personalised home on wheels.

“We want Outbound to feel like your own story,” explains Marc. “Crafting isn’t just about survival, it’s about expression. Every piece of wood you collect, every panel you paint, every meal you cook on the road, it all adds up to a journey that reflects who you are.”

Whether you’re foraging for food to cook delicious meals, decorating your van with reclaimed materials, or experimenting with new tools and technologies, Outbound is designed to give you freedom, flexibility, and a sense of discovery with every stop along the way.
